Terms of Service

SQint is a consumer brand operated by S & Q INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company registered in New Zealand (Companies Office No. 6203728, NZBN 9429045895586), with its registered office at 13 Topliss Drive, Northcross, Auckland, 0632, New Zealand.

• All products are self-branded SQint travel and remote-work kits.
• All prices are shown in USD and are for one-time purchase. We may change prices and product contents at any time before you order.
• We try to describe and picture kits accurately, but minor variations in colour and component appearance may occur.

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send order confirmation and accept payment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your statement will show SQINT GEAR.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) and refund you.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, and product / battery safety by our Safety & Compliance Notice. These policies form part of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site or our products. See the Acceptable Use Policy, including prohibitions on reselling counterfeits and on unsafe air transport of battery products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
