Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Free worldwide shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.
• Orders under that threshold: a flat $12 USD shipping fee.
• All prices and shipping are charged in USD.

• Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: New Zealand 2–5 days; Australia & Asia-Pacific 5–10 days; rest of world 10–20 days.
• These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. All international orders ship with online-trackable carriers, and higher-value orders are sent with signature on delivery for your protection and ours. If tracking hasn't updated within a few days, contact us.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Most kits contain no battery cells. A few include wireless devices (Bluetooth keyboard and mouse) with a battery installed inside, which ship as “lithium batteries contained in equipment” under standard carrier rules. We do not ship power banks or spare lithium batteries. A small number of remote destinations may have carrier limits on devices containing batteries; if yours is affected we'll contact you before shipping. See our Safety & Compliance Notice.

Please enter your address carefully. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped at an additional shipping cost.
