We want you to be happy with your kit. This policy explains when you can return items and how refunds work. It is in addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law for faulty goods.

1.014-day returns — unopened items

You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

2.0Hygiene & personal items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty:

  • Compression packing cubes and wardrobe items
  • Neck pillows, eye masks, ear plugs and other body-contact items
  • Drinkware and brewing equipment that has been used

3.0Electronics

Chargers, adapters, keyboards, mice and other electronic items can be returned within 14 days if unopened. Once opened and tested, non-faulty electronics are not returnable for hygiene, safety and testing reasons. Faulty electronics are always covered — see below.

4.0Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it, including return postage. This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

5.0Kits & bundles

Multi-item kits and bundles (including the Long-Haul Premium Bundle) are returned as a complete set. Partial returns of a bundle are assessed case by case and may be refunded at the individual item value.

6.0Warranty against defects

Every SQint kit carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects that affect normal use. If something fails through no fault of your own within that period, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse. This is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7.0International returns

We ship worldwide. For international orders, returns are refunded to your original payment method (we don't offer cross-border exchanges or store credit). Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping and any import charges on the return are the customer's responsibility.

8.0How to start a return

Email support@internationalnz.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
